I visited this restaurant today and ordered two beef patties and an oxtail. The food was decent, but the service was quite disappointing. The man with the goatee and hat seemed to have serious issues; he rolled his eyes at me and snapped his fingers for the credit card without saying a word. There was no greeting, no "What would you like?" or even a "Thank you for coming." It was extremely rude. I definitely won't be returning, and it's no surprise that this place is always empty.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered the j panini for lunch. I enjoyed it, but I would have preferred it to be a bit spicier. The menu offers a nice variety of options. I'm planning to try the oxtail for takeout for dinner!

I ordered a large oxtail through UberEats for $20, but instead I received one medium oxtail and four tiny pieces no bigger than pebbles. This feels like a complete rip-off, especially since it was an online order where returning the food is unlikely. For $20, I expected more than just a plate of rice and one medium oxtail. It's truly disappointing, and I won't be coming back. If you're only serving oxtail, you shouldn't be taking people's hard-earned money for such subpar quality. Your response to my previous comment further reflects the poor quality of your establishment, emphasizing just how unacceptable this experience has been.

I ordered j chicken with peas rice plantains , the food was excellent, the chicken was juicy seasoned properly, I definitely have a new place to eat at the mall

A bit pricey yes, staff was very friendly and when I made an inquiry about plantains they gave me free samples.
