Description

Bagel Train has garnered a reputation for serving some of the best bagels in town, consistently impressing customers with their freshness and size. Many return often, drawn by the unique flavors and friendly service. However, recent experiences highlight significant concerns regarding staff attitude and food preparation. Complaints range from unprofessional behavior behind the counter to orders being incorrectly fulfilled, with issues such as uncooked eggs and unsanitary cream cheese appearing in some orders. While the bagels stand out as a culinary gem, the restaurant must address its service and quality control to maintain its loyal customer base.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible; the staff spoke to me as if I were a dog because I didn't understand what she was saying. To make matters worse, I found a disgusting clump of hair in my bagel. In front of all the other customers, she brushed it off as "normal." I paid $4 for that bagel, and it came with a hair in it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Oh and please get better management the workers act like grumpy cockroaches when you turn the lights on when the place is crowded.
