The customer service was terrible; the staff spoke to me as if I were a dog because I didn't understand what she was saying. To make matters worse, I found a disgusting clump of hair in my bagel. In front of all the other customers, she brushed it off as "normal." I paid $4 for that bagel, and it came with a hair in it. I do not recommend this place at all.

I'm not some big food critic but i grew up in this town the bagels are ok at best and they bacon egg and cheese is really just bacon bacon bacon tiny egg cheese. B Balls meatballs charge less for there breakfast and it taste better really want bagel train to be work but this place is just horrible lately. Workers also look miserable and there is a rude white male who answers the phone in the afternoon only. overall this isn't the bagel train i grew up with break it down or B Balls open 5 from now on cause bagel train is just horrid. Bread is bad sandwiches are ill prepared and the staff has no management they got 2 registers but will only use 1 to handle 12 people i actually hate what this place has become.
