Wednesday is buy one get one free! I visited this local favorite ice cream shop just before closing at 10 pm. The store is pretty clean and staff are very friendly. Ice cream cakes are their specialties since they have so many different schemes , colors and shapes for different celebrations! View all feedback. What Taku ! doesn't like about Carvel:
Terrible customer service. The cashier was rude when I asked for them to fix my messed-up ice cream order. They can't seem to get soft serve and chocolate dip right. I would never recommend this place; save yourself the trouble and go to Dairy Queen if you want it done properly! The manager should really train her staff in proper customer etiquette; otherwise, she seems like a nice person. View all feedback.
