I picked up a large birthday cake yesterday for a member of my family. The birthday cake has the wrong flavor inside. They screwed up the entire cake. We were unable to identify the error until we cut the cake and saw the inside of it after our kidblew out the candles today. This is absolutely ridiculous. I love this place! This is my store for the last six years. open all year. The atmosphere is great and the prices are fair, the employees are always fast to get you what you need. You also have a selection of ice cream cakes! Nice place to walk past the promenade.
I picked up a big birthday cake yesterday for a member of my family. The birthday cake has the wrong taste inside. You messed up the whole cake. We were unable to identify the mistake until we cut the cake and saw the interior of it after our child bleed out the candles today. This is absolutely ridiculous. The taste they add (some kind of caramel color taste) has absolutely nothing to do with the taste we have ordered (some kind of blue color taste). It's not even close. It is not a good faith mistake, where they mix a chocolate flavor with another chocolate taste, because they look similar. It is incompetence in its purest, unfiltered form. It's absolutely Bonker. Do not order any kind of cake from this disaster zone.
The cashier had attitude from the moment we walked in, clearly upset that we entered after 9 (why not say you?re closed rather than serve us? . My wife ordered 2 small cups and was given one small cup with 2 flavors. Honestly, no problem! We asked for another cup instead so that we could split it for our guests. She gave it to us and right after said ?you?re not allowed to do this,? with a rude tone and an even ruder face. We told her she heard us wrong and gave us the wrong order. Not our fault and she didn?t need to give us the second cup if it wasn?t allowed. She continued to talk down to us as if we were stupid. None of this had to happen. If she wasn?t going to serve us kindly, she could have just said they were closed. If the cup wasn?t allowed, she could have told us to order another or just not given us the cup. Such an annoying memory on a nice night. This occurred on 5/31/22 at 9:15pm.
Great neighborhood ice cream, great flavors, great service, you scream i scream we all scream for ice cream
