I was the first customer on a Sunday afternoon they were just getting everything in place. When I received my order I was a bit disappointed in the macaroni and cheese, it tasted GREAT! But the presentation was disappointing. It looked liked it had been prepared before hand, then refrigerated which was ok with me but... they could have at least put it in the microwave and heated it up to melt the cheese IF, they woul... What Charey D doesn't like about The Bussdown:
Dropped my car off, they said it was ready. We asked to pick it up later, they said no. Showed up and no one was in The office for at least a good 15 min. Wouldn't recommend until they get more employees to cover the front desk! View all feedback.
Oh em gee. I got mac and cheese with steak and chicken. The mac and cheese was SUPER cheesy and the steak was absolutely amazing! I've been meaning to find good soul food near here and THIS IS IT!!!

This review is based solely on after the sale service. I've shopped here for two personal vehicles and four work fleet vehicles, the sales at times are really worth it and sometimes the oil change packages are worth it too.So back to the recent experience, I was experiencing a leak in a tire that was letting air out faster than I was comfortable with. I stopped by early around 10am hoping to get a check and repair. Usually tire shops take anywhere from 30-60 mins fixing a flat. I drive a lot for my work and an hour would set me back two or three hours. They quoted me at best 90 mins. I asked is there anything you can do because I really couldn't be out 90 mins plus in the middle of the day. They said no, that was the best estimate they can give. Usually larger tire shops have someone dedicated to flats, repairs and mounting. Not here, they only keep a skeleton crew and aren't reliable in a pinch. So what is the point of having a warranty if they aren't reasonably available to honor it? Flats and leaks never happen at an optimal time, rarely allowing scheduling for appointments. A flat puts the average person out, without a vehicle it's difficult to get around. So with all this in mind, I won't be returning with my personal vehicles and will move our fleet vehicles somewhere else. Time is money, if you don't have the time to help when warranted, then I have to find another business that will at least try. You can keep your sales and promotions, not worth it when it really matters.
Went for Lyft inspection. Didn't have appt. Was in and out in no time. Emil had excellent customer service. Will definitely be doing more business there
