Bird Dawgs - West Modesto

The cheese was nasty and the sauce had a weird sour tangy taste to it

First time ordering disappointed. I ordered the loaded dawgs what showed up was smothered in Buffalo sauce. Nothing at all what I ordered. Looked very unappetizing too.

This was the second time we've ordered from this restaurant, and unfortunately, both experiences have been frustrating. We didn't receive our drinks, and there were missing items from our order. I ordered a sandwich and specifically requested no pickles, but when it arrived, there was no bun—just a piece of chicken in a box—and the sauces I requested were also missing.

It was decent, but I was expecting the tenders to be slightly larger.

I ordered $60 worth of food, expecting a good meal. The 5-piece chicken strips I received were more like a 2-piece, given their size. I ordered the Loaded Dawgs and Late Night Dawgs but ended up with something completely different. The wedges looked like they had been sitting out all day, the fries were extremely stale, and everything was cold. If I had known that Bird Dawgs was actually just a form of Buffalo Wild Wings, I would never have placed the order because the food and customer service were both terrible.
