What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Its hit or missI try to stop here sometimes on my way to work and if I see more than 3 cars in the drive I know I won't have enough time to stop.Last night it took me 5 minutes to be able to place my order. Ordered a baconator meal. Got home it was a crispy chicken with bacon. Called. They said i can get what I ordered. Just bring the receipt and they apologized. They also gave me a frosty key chain. Thank you for have good customer service with no question. View all feedback.
