What User doesn't like about Springs Bistro:
the expectations are very short. homemade seltzer loaded and sold as mineral water. I told the server that all our dishes had cold sweets and completely raw kartoffels. I'm sorry. the fregola was dry pasty and overcooked. no good idea to serve pasta in a hot chic. kudos to cook to remove this. the ambiente was beautiful and most of the main items were cooked well and delicious. a lot of luck, could have been so much... We stopped in 10 minutes before close as we had just arrived to the hotel. our waiter Troy was great! We had the meatballs for an appetizer and the Gnocchi and Malfadini for an entree! Very happy with our experience here : Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. I had Troy as my server, and he made the inappropriate choice of discussing marijuana in front of my 15-year-old daughter. He even suggested that we visit a local cannabis shop called Big Smoke. Additionally, he was sweating heavily while serving us, making him feel like a human space heater. The unpleasant odor he emitted truly affected my appetite. I can't recommend this place, especially if Troy is your server!
Great date spot but very expensive Food is pretty good, maybe not amazing We had some cocktails, apps, dinner and dessert and close to $400 with tip so.... Definitely a special occasion only type place
We had an incredible dining experience! The ambiance was fantastic, the waiter was exceptional, and the food was outstanding! We’re looking forward to returning during our next stay at the resort!
As my order was being remade, the staff noticed I was watching and actually closed the door in my face. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and went to the front desk of the Grand Cascades, where the restaurant is located. I waited 20 more minutes for the manager, Al Burn (973-864-8924), only to be told he was too busy to speak with me. This was absolutely unacceptable, and I believe the board of health should investigate. If I could give zero stars, I would!
