AVOID almost poisoned my son, who's allergic to mayo and the box had no mayo sticker on it guess what burger was smothered in mayo
This is the closest Mc Donald’s to me so I have to go. Get the orders wrong most times and always forgetting stuff. Today I waited 15 minutes to get to the check out to be told cash only!!! Manager came and said go to the bank machine while I have my 2 kids in the back. Shockingly bad McDonald’s this one
The service at Livingston Drive Through is to say the least awful sat at Druve Through fir nearly 10 mins waiting to give order 3 other cars turn up their order taken straight away when I Drive round and say all I get told with a rude manner is well Drive round and give your order now the previous week I 'm made a fool off infront of other staff because I ordered a latte really the last thing you need to start your day at 7am
I got told to park up and wait for a mayo chicken and everyone else had big orders of food and mines wasn’t ready for 20 f*cking minutes this place is a shambles I will Not be back
1st things 1st beware when using the app to order to your table as for some dodgy reason it picks your location as the McDonalds that is upstairs in the designer outlet and the manager here cannot/will not sort it for you if you don’t notice! On the other hand you’d be better going to the one across the road as the service and cleanliness is much better! Visited with my daughter and sat at our table and ordered our meals. 15 mins later no food had arrived so I went to the counter to ask. Guy couldn’t have been less interested but then pointed out that the app had picked up restaurant across the road, something he was aware of that happens. We were starving and I pointed out I’m diabetic and had taken insulin and needed to eat. Nope, we needed to go to the other centre. I asked for a manager. He was the manager! Gormless! Stated he couldn’t do anything and we needed to go to the other place. Needing a lesson in customer service. To add to the disappointing review, behind the counter there was about 20 staff, more than was in the shop, poured cups of juice everywhere and the ice cream machine looked like it had exploded and never been cleaned. It was chaos. There was also a horrible smell in the air around entrance to toilets and counter area. Was actually disgusting and I’m glad in a way we ended up not eating there. Will not be back.
