Chick-fil-a - West Lake Hills

Because on my way to my goal to get a few items on the running gear thru, although they got my order right and repeated it 3 times, they did not one of my items in the pocket and I only noticed when I came home. I called and they said they couldn't have returned me through the phone and I had to go back to get my nuggets. what kind of customer service is that? her youngs messed up our accusations and we paid for things that we did not get, and we need to spend time and money, because gas at all these times is not cheap to get it? avoid these tussi seriously.

The team leader Ben was extremely rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist me with an online order and suggested I go through the drive-thru because it would be "easier for me," but it was clear he just didn't want to help. It's disappointing to encounter a lazy and uncaring worker. When I asked for a physical receipt, he didn't even look me in the eye and handed it to me in a disrespectful manner. I suggest going to the shopping center down the road for a better experience at Chick-fil-A.

Ordered 2 grilled chicken clubs. One sandwich was missing the bacon. Had to wait longer for the 2nd sandwich and it was long enough to make the first one cold.

Of all of my years going to chick Fila I’ve never had to check my bag before pulling away from the drive thru.I was unfortunately missing my sauces this time.Can you eat fries without sauce? No.Can you eat a spicy chicken deluxe without ranch? NoI unfortunately had a 45 min drive home but was already in the horrendous 360 traffic before I realized I was missing my sauces.Still get a 5/5 because I love you 99.9% of the time.

Always insanely busy for lunch but somehow they keep the drive-through line manageable.
