Restaurant has hours posted till 12am went by at 11:06 and they had the doors and drives thru blocked I kinda peeked in and you could everything was cleaned up so they really probably closed at 1030 of 10:00 I hollered for a worker and they looked at me like I had 3 heads ? do your job people if you can do the hours your intended to find another job or talk to someone over you to get them reduced View all feedback.
Was in today between 3 and 4. Heard the manager boasting about how the store had just reopened from a remodel. Drive thru closed, minimal customers, so you would think the food would be hot, fresh, and amazing, RIGHT? Nope, my fries were cold the Jr meat had been on the holding area for God knows how long. I even made a comment to the manager about my issues with what I saw before my food came out. He assured me that he wouldn 't give me food that wasn 't fresh then proceeded to do just that. At least my ranch wrap was enjoyable. Silver linings I guess. Do better Wendy 's. Do better. I added a picture of how far away I parked. No reason ANY of my food should have been cold.
This Wendy’s does not participate in the Veterans Day breakfast deal. Also, the service is always so slow.

Shame Shame ShameFood was great. 22mins 3 cars in the drive thru. 15 people waiting in side cause I had to go back in to retrieve a left item. But not the staffs fault! Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. Owner YOU Weren't Prepared!
The wait was out of control. Seemed they just hired people out Tennessee dept of corrections. LoL
