We ate here around 6:30 PM on a Wednesday, and we were practically the only ones there. We parked at the municipal lot across the street (which conveniently is free after 6 PM during the week). We ordered at a walk-up window, and they quickly prepare your plate on the spot, which didn't take more than a minute or two. Very small portions for the price (food for two was over 50$ , food was cold, very dry and not fresh. I tried pulled pork, brisket, chicken, ribs, all dry, cold, in small portions, and tasteless. Good food and great atmosphere… I try and make it for business lunch meetings whenever I can. The Banana Pudding makes me happy every time.
Busy game weekend, but still was a great experience. They really know what they are doing both food and service wise. The prices may seem high, but you get plenty of quality food.
We miss their South Knoxville location tremendously, but this is a good secondary option.
The food was decent, the staff were very welcoming. We had the platter with brisket, ribs and pulled pork with coleslaw, Tater salad. The brisket was a tad dry but everything else was good.
Great food and friendly staff. The atmosphere was perfect.
