What Rob Whipple doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I have just had the worst customer service experience of my life dealing with Sonic. I went to the location on Kingston Pike in Knoxville Tennessee pulled up the app and tried to place an order. The app would not work so I tried to ask the people inside for assistance and they said it's a third party company and they don't care and offered absolutely no help whatsoever.
