First Watch - West Knoxville

Just moved to the area. Came in to the place and ordered a to go meal in shorts a tee and beat up sneakers and I was treated like a second hand citizen. Multiple dirty looks from staff because I wasn’t wearing my LL Bean or other fancy clothes. One waitress was nice but others made comments. Multiple food couriers stopped in to pick up food (DoorDash, Uber eats etc.. without them checking. Food was fantastic and our server was quick and friendly!

Great place for breakfast if you are health conscious and seeking something different from the regular breakfast offering. Their almond butter toast with sea salt is something to experience and enjoy. Their power breakfast bowls are both healthy and delicious!! I highly recommend this place for a good and healthy breakfast. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!!!

Cage free eggs? What the heck are cage free eggs? Wonderful marketing skills guys. Do they come from steroid free raised chickens? Are the chickens there under their own free will? If not, are they compensated fairly? Are they in a “natural environment”. Food was wonderful, but I'm sorry, the cage free eggs ruined this for me. Delicious food! Can't wait to go back and try something new. Great deal for 1/2 sdwch and salad! Highly recommend.
