This place had an amazing cinnamon roll and hot cocoa my mom and dad loved their meals as well as my grandma also loved her meal very good and would recommend. ️ ️ ️

This is agreat restaurant. The food was A1. Well worth the money. Would definitely eat here again. A must visit. Reservations recommended.

Tried to call NUMEROUS times over a 45 minute period to try to make reservations for dinner, but could never get anyone to pick up the phone. Have eaten here several times over the years, but not recently. It's Usually a long wait, when there are several tables available. The food is good, and servers are nice, but the prices are a bit high for what is served.

Three of us dined at Cafe 4 on Aug 20, 2022 two of us were first time visitors to Knoxville. What a great choice for a great evening out! Cafe 4 is a great place to people watch, those inside the restaurant and those strolling the Market Square.
