I absolutely love this place! The beer is fantastic, the food pop-ups are a delight, and the atmosphere is unmatched.
Chill little brewery with a nice selection of beer and cider, and a nice atmosphere. There’s a nice outdoor seating spot where you can park yourself with some friends sit a while. Would visit again.
I ate half of this brisket sandwich before taking a picture, but I just couldn't keep my hands off it. It's delicious. The hazy IPA on tap was magnificent as well. A great brewery to visit with a nice atmosphere and nice people. Be sure to look up directions for where you want to go before getting there if you have Verizon cellular, you won't have any service for miles.
What an absolute hidden gem. We ran Hunter mountain and thankfully managed to find this spot for beer and food afterwards. Super friendly staff, fantastic beer, amazing view, and a cool brewery cat to boot!! We checked out many breweries during this trip and West Kill was hands down our favorite.
Driving to this location is quite an experience in itself. You'll navigate beautiful mountain roads without encountering another soul, only to arrive at a bustling parking lot and a vibrant brewery scene filled with people from all over. The beers offered here are some of the most delicious you’ll ever taste, with a fantastic selection brewed right on-site using locally foraged ingredients. These unique brews aren't available anywhere else, as they're exclusively sold in this remote mountain area. Food vendors frequently set up shop, serving items like lobster rolls and empanadas. The only thing I wish for is that they would build a kitchen to serve more food so I could enjoy the place even longer!
