What Randy B doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I actually expect it every time I walk through the door. Sometimes I am overcharged, others my order is missing items. This time, they had no legs or thighs and it would 30 minutes before any would be available. I ended up going elsewhere for dinner. Staff are the main stars at this restaurant. They are very patient, and very helpful. Tried the tacos, and the chicken in them was a bit dry. The salsas and guacamole were good. The churros were ok. It’s a good place if you’re short on time and want to get in and out quickly. View all feedback.

read moreStaff was very rude. My food took 30 minutes to get to me and was the only food in the restaurant. Food wasn't the best. Don't waste your time or money here
Chicken pieces were awfully small. Fries were cold.
