I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I actually expect it every time I walk through the door. Sometimes I am overcharged, others my order is missing items. This time, they had no legs or thighs and it would 30 minutes before any would be available. I ended up going elsewhere for dinner. One of the worst meals I've had in a while. Chicken WAY over done. Even KFC would have been better.

Staff was very rude. My food took 30 minutes to get to me and was the only food in the restaurant. Food wasn't the best. Don't waste your time or money here
Chicken pieces were awfully small. Fries were cold.
