This was a great find, I was staying nearby on a Monday so it was challenging to find an open and good sushi spot- this was exactly what I was looking for. The fish was excellent quality and service was quick after a short wait. It’s waitlist only and they do try to rush people along in ordering to accommodate the long line, but once you are eating they leave you at your own pace. I would advise to order more simply... What User doesn't like about Sushi Fumi:
Food was good. Service average. Very busy. Not much atmosphere. Expensive for what it was. Would not return. $150 aud for these dishes and 2 glasses of white wine. Expected more of an experience! View all feedback.
Probably the best sushi restaurant in LA. Fresh and delicious! Service was very good, the food came out super fast. Highly recommended
The sushi and sashimi were delicious, and at a fair price for a casual spot. We dined indoors, and it was quite crowded and, at times, even loud. The wait staff were very friendly and quick to help, and the sushi was prepare fresh and without delay. I would definitely come back!
I love sushi fumi!! The best every bite is magical
Amazing food! One of my top sushi places in LA. No parking, no reservations, no delivery, no nonsense place for great quality fish. Not the easiest to inquire about, but they have a very loyal fan base for a reason, you just have to make the trip here to find out.
The sushi is amazing but the wait is ridiculous. They seem a bit unorganized as well. The good thing about the wait is that they will give you a call when it’s your turn so you don’t have to hang out. The eggplant dish is also a must have!
