Les Delices Du Four French Bakery

Without a doubt, the best breads, croissants, and pastries can be found here. I am a dedicated customer at the AV Farmers Market when they’re present from May to November. Unfortunately, the rest of the year we have to get by without them. Although we try baking our own bread, it never matches the quality of Les Delices’ offerings. The breads available at local markets, including Trader Joe's, just can't compare, especially with their sugar content ranging from 3% to 6%. In Europe, bakers rarely add sugar to their bread, whereas here, many people have a preference for sweet flavors (often accompanied by unwanted weight). Les Delice Du Four’s breads contain no added sugar, making for deliciously crunchy toast with a unique flavor that you simply won't find in commercial breads around here.

I bought some half loaves and cheesy onion bagels today at the AV Farmers Market. When I got home, I made lunch with the bagels, adding avocado and peppered turkey. It was absolutely delicious! These are the best bagels I've ever tasted!
