Contribute FeedbackKatana, although receiving mixed reviews on their food and service, seems to offer a vibrant dining experience in a loud bar-type setting. Some customers complained about overpriced drinks and mediocre food quality, while others praised the attentive service provided by staff members like Nicholas and Rafael. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality and service, many diners enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and found the overall experience to be positive. With a beautiful interior, outdoor seating with heat lamps, and a variety of menu options, Katana appears to be a decent choice for those looking for a lively dining experience in Los Angeles.
We booked katana for a special occasion. It is located in the middle of everything on Sunset Boulevard and it is somehow beautiful because it is on the second floor so that you are above everything and have a beautiful view. The location is great. The food is also delicious, but quite small and expensive. It's a place where it's pretty loud. There are many outdoor terrace seats and I think that would be the preference for most people except for the night that we were there. It was cold and windy, so we sat inside. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. Five people at dinner were over $500. A bit too much for tiny individual spits of different proteins and sushi, but I guess you also pay for setting.
Amazing service and ambience. The manager was super friendly and welcoming. Chris, our server was great. Five stars!
Amazing service, a special place to celebrate your birthday, they treated us so well
There was changes to the menu that I did not expect that was added Bacon onto a seafood dish but it’s fine. It was overall really good.
We love Katana!!! Best tasting Asian fusion in West Hollywood.
