Zero stars. This food overall experience offended me deeply. Sometimes a plate is set in front of you you think to yourself, ‘Oh, they just really don’t care...at all. They could, they can they don’t. This is sad. I want to run away, but I can’t because the waitress is never coming back.’ View all feedback.
This venue for live music is quite intriguing. The layout is serene, and the paint colors create a calming atmosphere. However, the neighborhood raises some concerns.
The service was exceptional, with both our server and bartender being very attentive. The seating arrangements are quite close, which creates an enjoyable opportunity to mingle with other guests. As for the food, it was outstanding. My husband and I both ordered the Caesar Salad and Lasagna. The salad was crisp, fresh, and absolutely delicious, while the Lasagna surprised us with its spicy sausage that added just the right amount of kick! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Even the garlic toast was delightful! We also tried the house Cabernet, which pleasantly exceeded our expectations and was much better than the house wines in most other restaurants. The show itself was fabulous! Carolyn is witty, funny, stunning, and has an incredible singing voice! After the performance, we even had the chance to meet her, which was such a thrill! The only minor issue was that when we made our reservations, they didn’t confirm them until later, but that’s a small detail in the grand scheme of things. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience! Vegetarian options: Yes, they do offer vegetarian choices. Parking: We had no trouble finding free street parking nearby.

This place was amazing!! I went to see Denise, a jazz artist and it was phenomenal! From the intimate environment, down to the food and the performance..oh my! Anyone in attendance had a delightful treat. Absolutely incredible voice and live bass player and pianist!My husband ordered the pork chops and I had the chicken scallopine....let me just say very tasty. We both cleaned our plates.Service was on point and the staff was very attentive!Hats off to The Gardenia!!! Round of applause. We had a truly wonderfully memorable evening ?
