Bar Marmont - West Hollywood

A terrible place; old, run down, gaudy, uninviting ; verry small drinkshalf a martini. Food took forever and then it was not the way my husband ordered it. Meanwhile we sat alone in a corner. It's the Bar of Chateau Marmont yet it is in another building a weird place never going back there

Despite the loud live DJ and busy atmosphere, the drinks and food at this restaurant are enjoyable and reliable. Whether you're meeting up with friends for cocktails or having a cozy date night, be prepared to get close to hear each other. It's always a fun experience.

The food and ambiance at this restaurant were excellent, but the service was lacking. It was clear that they favored regulars and those who fit a certain aesthetic. Next time, I would prefer to just sit at the bar and enjoy drinks, rather than getting a table with a server who only comes around when we flag them down. Despite this, the music and overall atmosphere were fantastic.

I have always loved the vibe of The Bar Marmont. Attracts an eclectic mix of patrons. The steak was very good too and though there was a delay in it's arrival, we were offered free drinks to make up for the tardiness which was a bonus

Out of people received entrees. minutes later, guest still had nothing. minutes later guest received a flimsy entree with completely undercooked potatoes. Awful. Unaccommodating staff. We were told we were getting a free dessert. We advised that we were getting a free entree and a free round of drinks. They finally obliged. Never again. Not to mention we were surrounded by the douchiest patrons ever
