Ordered a birthday cake for two birthdays at one party on Wednesday and pickup on Saturday the night of the party. Go there for pickup and waited twenty minutes they couldn't find ordered cake. Finally the young manager comes out with no cake just a routine apology can't find order or cake. Offered half price blank one and will decorate Happy Birthday on cake. Such an amazing place where you can stop. all three employees were super-knowledge and very fast workers. great place to get.
Orders a cake to be picked up at 6 and ended up getting it two hours late. When I first arrived I was told to wait 10 minutes so I left and came back 20 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. The homies at cold stone BUGGIN
Excellent staff and flavors of ice cream, definitely recommend
Delicious ice cream. Unusual Persian flavors among all the usual American flavors.Extraordinarily friendly young lady delighted to give sample tastes. Sat down to enjoy my Saffron Pistachio ice cream cone. Beautiful place. Only regret is that this is my first visit. I'll be back!
The customer service wasn't great. Lady attending me wasn't speaking up and was rude. She took my card to pay and when I get it back it was wet and covered with ice cream.
