Poppy's Cafe - West Devon

Spacious cafe with indoor and outdoor seating options, as well as takeout service. They offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, along with tasty food options. I particularly enjoyed the mocha I ordered. I recommend stopping by for a visit.

We visited Tavistock early in the morning and decided to have breakfast. After checking out a few options on Trip Advisor, we decided to try Poppy's Cafe. The menu was reasonable and the restaurant was clean, although they could improve on social distancing. The staff was friendly enough. We ordered the omelette with hash browns and beans. The food was alright, but I have had better omelettes elsewhere.

My favorite place to eat in Tavistock! I went in for lunch today with my boyfriend, who really enjoyed his large breakfast. The lasagna was the best I've had in a long time! The staff is always so lovely, the portions are amazing, and the chef is definitely talented! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!

Refreshingly simple yet wonderfully tasty salad. Fresh crisp lettuce leaves, shavings of parmesan, caesarea dressing and possibly the best croutons I've ever had...all topped off with a perfectly cooked chicken breast.

We found Poppys during a visit to Tavistock, and on a very hot day! The service was polite and friendly, and helpful too. We only had a drink and snack but the food we saw looked lovely.
