The food was terrible and ridiculously expensive. The restaurant was unwelcoming, and we felt ignored. The menu was very limited, with mostly microwaved and fried options. The sauce bottles were dirty and filled with old, congealed sauce. The service was poor, with our disabled son being told to get his own drink. The toilets were filthy. We won't be returning.

This restaurant is excellent and highly recommended. We arrived before 12, just in time for breakfast. The service was good and friendly, and the food was wonderful, fresh, and hot despite the busy crowd. We will definitely make it a point to stop here again on our way to Cornwall.

The restaurant has convenient parking and offers a booking system for longer stays. They are dog-friendly, providing treats for pets, and their facilities are very clean. I had a delicious breakfast and returned for lunch later in the month, which was also fantastic. The staff we encountered on both visits were young and exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to see young people being so positive and cheerful. I wish more roadside services were like Hog and Hedge!

Visited for lunch travelling back for Cornwall, menu is not very exciting but the food was OK, I was very disappointed that they don't take cash, won't be going back.

Worst breakfast I've ever had. Scrambled egg had no taste at all, Beans were burnt, bacon like cardboard, sausage was OK ish and the potatoes had a really odd taste to them. Stupidly expensive didn't even include a hot drink. Just go to Gregs next time.
