Subway - West Covina

I was disappointed to find out that this restaurant does not accept Subway coupons. There was no signage at the entrance, just a cash register. The coupons were only accepted at the register, which was inconvenient. I decided to leave and go to my usual Subway location near my house instead. I used to frequent this restaurant almost every weekend, but now I will stick to my local store.

I often eat at this restaurant because I work as a driver and today I decided to stop by since it was nearby. I placed my order and when it was time to pay, the manager rudely informed me that they do not accept coupons. I mentioned that I have used coupons at other restaurants without any issues, but the manager responded disrespectfully. Overall, his behavior was completely rude and unacceptable.

The service at this restaurant is very slow. I waited for 8 minutes and the line did not get any shorter.

Quick, like 2 people in line, but there was like 6 employees behind the counter didn't have to wait, was literally in and out in under 5 min.

Very good sandwiches and very friendly staffs and excellent service.
