I’ve always loved the chimichurri sauce that came with the bread. Service was good and so was the white sangria. The proteins were good as well. Ambiance was nice but lighting was really dark inside. It was a bit difficult to read the menus and see our food. Overall a decent place to come and enjoy some Argentinian inspired dishes. View all feedback.
What Lianne S doesn't like about Gaucho Grill West Covina:
I had a terrible experience at Porterhouse. The food was completely lacking in flavor, which was surprising since I’ve eaten here before. It could be that the takeout and delivery orders are prepared and handled differently. View all feedback.
I had a fantastic experience there last night. The bone-in ribeye was exceptional and perfect for sharing.
The Entraña lacked the tenderness it should have had, and the cut was too thick. The flavor was also below my expectations.
The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional! I will definitely return.
La entraña was really good and the empanadas of short ribs and ham and cheese were good
Considering the cuts of meats served and the amount given, the “gaucho” style plates are a good value since they are meant to be shared between two people. My husband and I shared the bone-in ribeye, which was delicious and enough to feed us both plus leftovers. Gaucho style also includes two sides. Our server was excellent and the drinks were good. Will definitely be returning.
