Stopped by this new Chic Fil A to grab a bite and was shocked at how this location was run. A number of employees just hanging out and talking and not paying attention to customers in line. Two young females handing out food that were messing around dancing and laughing just not a normal chic fil a experience. This place is always a walk in west covina. eating is always fresh and they are always greeted with a smile. this time I got my son through the drive. we have a spicy chicken sandwich and an 8-part chicken bug with mac and cheese and fry. the whole food was perfectly cooked and the order was accurate, I have no pickles in the rule. we had a good amount of sauces and we could have a picnic in the park around the corner. all in all this is a 5-star trip as usual.
The drive thru is always busy, but efficient. wait is never too long. when they go in, the restaurant is clean, the toilet is clean. service is always good. exactly what they would expect from a business that remains on top of the things.
The first time you're trying here. I can say that eating is not worth the hype. sauce was 1 out of 5. I don't understand why so many people love it. Hühnerburger was also 1 out of 5. I tasted the brot and some strange oil or butter on the rolls and the baked part of the chicken. the best part of this meal was her waffel fries 5 out of 5.
Nice, clean, friendly staff. eating was good, but I didn't order enough and starved. next time it'll know better. After we had set ourselves, three different people came to see if we needed something.
Second time visiting a Chick-fil-A but first time at this location. My daughter and I had the chicken nuggets They were tasty and the different sauces they offer added to the flavor. I feel this chain is a bit overpriced for the quantity of food they offer. I must say the service we received was exceptional and that alone would be a reason to visit this location again.
