I arrived at 1 PM on a Friday during the Covid lockdown when indoor dining was not allowed. There were cars lined up all the way to the main road. The gentleman who took our somewhat complicated order was incredibly nice. The process moved along smoothly, and our order was perfect. Hats off to the staff—they truly deserve some recognition! What Rebecca Kuhl doesn't like about Burger King:
I've never witnessed a kitchen crew quite like this one. It felt like a tense environment, and we were genuinely concerned that staff might start arguing. The manager was particularly harsh, yelling at everyone constantly. If you didn't arrive the moment she called your order, you were sure to get scolded. The food was good, but the atmosphere was chaotic due to the manager's behavior. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lun... View all feedback.

--- Do you actually eat this? **Service:** Takeout **Meal Type:** Lunch **Price per Person:** $1–10 **Food Rating:** 1/5 **Service Rating:** 1/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 1/5 --- Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Bacon King, Double Whopper, Cheeseburger, Bacon King Sandwich, Sandwich, Whopper Meal, French Fries Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking
The entire atmosphere is unprofessional and tacky. The manager is not a good role model and the immature people who work there act like they are talking to each other in their own personal living rooms. Loud, uncomfortable atmosphere. I have actually heard the manager using curse words. At the cash register, the words Please or Thank you are not spoken to the customer. The worst Burger Kings are on Easton Road in Glenside Pennsylvania and Rising Sun Avenue in Philadelphia. The one on Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia is a little bit better. Parking: Plenty of spots but the one on Rising Sun Avenue has construction going on so it 's very hard to park Wheelchair accessibility: Convenient but it would be better if the doors would open automatically for wheelchair users.
