Subway - West Columbia

Opens at 9am. Got there at 8:50am waited until 9:05am before entering and door was locked. Stood and waited for 5 mins, knocked on the door, employee never came. Called the number on the door for Kimberly and no one answered, sounds like a fax line. A little background history I've been coming to this location for years. I work close by so this was always my go to for breakfast and lunch. They use to open at 6 or 7am so coming in at 830am was a regular thing for me. I stopped coming for breakfast for a while to save money. I guess during this break ownership was switched up along with store hours. One morning I came at 830am per usual, door was open, I walk up to order and the guy rudely tells me that they're closed and do t open until 9 and that it's posted on the door. It was said in such a manner like he was trying to insult my intelligence. Same employee wasn't open at 9am.

This subway changed owners a year ago or so and it has went down hill. The bread is old and all you get is a spoonful of meat on a steak and cheese. I will drive across town to another location before I eat here again.

I absolutely love Subway, but there is one particular employee here who truly makes the experience outstanding! Although I don't know his name to properly acknowledge him, his personality and sense of humor add so much fun to ordering. My family are regulars because of him, as he is responsible for about 90% of our great customer service experience!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The service was lacking and I was unsatisfied with my meal each time I visited. Despite the convenience of its location near my job and the healthier options available, I found that they consistently fell short. On my first visit, I received the wrong cookies without being asked for my preference, although the manager did correct the mistake. During my second visit, the sandwich I ordered was overloaded with mustard and mayo, and I was met with attitude when I requested some to be removed. On my third and final visit, the Rotisserie chicken sub I ordered was not properly filled and the meat did not cover the entire sandwich. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told that was the standard amount of chicken. This particular Subway location has been consistently disappointing and I will not be returning.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I stopped by this morning and when I walked in, there was no one behind the counter. After waiting a few minutes, a young lady came out from the back and asked if I was ready to order. I requested three footlong subs with just meat and cheese, and asked if she could put lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles in a separate container since I was unsure of everyone's preferences. She refused, saying she would only do that if I purchased a platter. I explained that other Subway locations would accommodate that request, but she rudely insisted she wouldn't do it. It was clear she didn't care about my business, so I left without buying anything. I will not be returning to this location due to the terrible customer service.
