Waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes and was greeted with an attitude A man walked out the back door and glared at us Then turned around with an attitude and shut the back door), obviously was waiting for me to leave and when I didn’t the lady was very rude on the intercom, so I left because I knew whatever I asked for was going to be made wrong, or I would be told that they were out of it. Food is good. Place is filthy. From the doors counter tops seats and tables. Floors need a good cleaning also. Stainless has not been cleaned either. First impressions is to run. Kitchen not organized and the trays that food is delivered on are dripping water from not being dried. Girl taking orders not enthused about her job. This place needs guidance.
I 've previously worked in fast food for 5+ years and usually don 't do reviews like this but I was very dissatisfied with the service on today. I visited this location earlier in the week and had a decent experience... today not so much. The young lady in the window was nice and accommodating at first as she allowed me to add on a lrg fry at the window. Well upon adding that large fry and giving me the updated total, I learned she was about to charge me $30+ for an order that wasn 't mine. I ordered a single combo meal @12.09) Mistakes happen, I get it. Before receiving my food I asked for 'fry seasoning ' , a single request. So I sat at the window with the hope that someone would assist me. She and another co-worker walked passed, and even stood at the window several times without acknowledging me. I 've worked in fast food before. There 's a drive time, you 'll know if a car is still at the window. Other than that, I 'm sure their eyes work just fine to notice me still there. So after about 4 minutes, the same young lady came to the window with an annoyed expression. I politely asked for the fry seasoning and I tell no lies when I say she rolled her eyes, practically slammed the seasoning in my hand and said something under her breath. So disgusted with the service I received. Not likely that 'll I 'll be back. I know one monkey don 't stop no show but at least the evening customer service needs attitude adjustments. Blessings.
I ordered a patty melt in the drive thru. When I got home I opened the box and the sandwich had NO BREAD! I don't see any way that this could have been a simple mistake. I won't be going back
