Got there early, was first in line! Workers were busy and focused on setup, but still very friendly. People waiting in line are super friendly, and chatty. The fun environment made the wait go by quickly (the Shiner also helped). Now the food…Looked and smelled fantastic(everything on day’s menu)! As soon as my wife dug in to some of the sliced brisket, her whole facial expression changed! I could hear her muttering... View all feedback.
What Luis Kessler doesn't like about City Limits Barbeque:
Cant speak about the food, I’m sure it’s great, but we did reach out about having them come to an event and we were left on read. A “no thank you” would have been totally acceptable and professional. View all feedback.
We tried city limits for the first time at their location right off number one. We heard their menu changes weekly and so we decided on a brisket burger and a pulled pork sandwich. The brisket burger was superb as it was seasoned perfectly, cooked to a juicy medium/medium rare and had a slight crust from the grilling. The chili on top was delicious and worked well with the burger with just the right amount of cheese. Then the pulled pork sandwich. Very tasty and generously loaded. The NC style pork was very tasty and if I had to say something then I would say it could have used a tat more smoke. The jalapeño slaw was mild and for me it could have packed a lil bit more fire. All in all outstanding bbq worth another visit soon. It is slightly pricey with a burger running up to $15. That means if you take your family and add sides and drinks you pay restaurant prices in an very basic outdoor pick nick table setting. Nevertheless if you love bbq you won't mind the money and you likely won't be disappointed. We"l visit again soon in brisket or rib week hopefully!

Hands down the best barbecue place! The food is always AMAZING and the people are super friendly. We’ve tried most of their menu items (brisket, beef ribs, sausages, sandwiches... , all were nothing short of perfection.
Our Company had ordered a bunch of y’all’s BBQ for a Truck Driver Appreciation Week at our office and it was absolutely out of this world!!! I will definitely be seeing more of Y’all!!
Good Lord! The pulled pork was some of the best I’ve ever had. The ribs are absolutely RIDICULOUS! There wasn’t any part of them that didn’t fall off the bone. The collards were devine. One of our staples at any BBQ restaurant we go to is to try the collards. These didn’t disappoint. My bf said the brisket was so good he didn’t want to put sauce on them. He loves tasting different sauces. My guy is from Wisconsin was deprived of great BBQ his whole life y’all. He’s making up for lost time ? We absolutely LOVE this place. The peach cobbler was so delicious. I haven’t had such good peach cobbler since my grandfather passed. This stuff was on point. The only negative things I have to say is they sell out of things pretty quick AND they’re not open 24/7. ?
