When ordering fast food I know I’m taking a gamble but this is the ONLY fast food establishment that I’ve consistently had cold, inedible food every time I’ve made the horrible decision to grab a quick bite. I have had mixed experiences at this restaurant in the past, with my family receiving terrible service. However, in recent months during lunchtime around 2pm, I have always received my order quickly and it has been fresh. Today, I tried to order 4 of the new $1 frozen lemonades but was only able to get one. Fortunately, I received it for free due to the limited availability. Another location was unable to make the lemonades in time, so I assume it was a common issue. I hope in the future that the Slushee machines will be working properly and fully stocked. Despite my previous wait times, I am leaving a 5-star review because I received better service this time and appreciated the gesture of a free lemonade, even though I couldn't get enough for my family.
The young woman at the drive-thru window started arguing with me. I refer to her as a girl because she appeared to be a teenage girl with glasses. I was certain of what I had ordered, but she became agitated and eventually admitted that my order was not on the screen. She never inquired about the sauce for my nuggets. There were no straws for our shakes, and it seemed like she couldn't even be bothered to look at me because someone else took my money and handed me the food. She remained inattentive and unhelpful. Her lack of customer service skills negatively impacted everyone.
Please lower the volume. This restaurant has been subpar for years. The staff seem to only be using the place as a hangout and the manager clearly doesn't care, as evidenced by the constant turnover of employees. Customers often face excuses for why they can't be served, and the food is consistently subpar and orders are frequently wrong.
Friday Saturday 2 april 2ordered two for $5 burger deal. one was really cold. I returned and asked for a hot one they did. it wasn't much better. not hot enough to melt even cheese. other burgers really good. counter girl polite and friendly, stored memory before zero star rating.
What is it with this place?!?! They ALWAYS leave food off of orders. I ordered the family bundle via door dash, and no fries. I understand mistakes, being understaffed and overwhelmed. But for the same things happening over and over is pathetic.
