I recently visited GrooveGround for a latte before their 6pm closing time, only to be told at 5:30pm that they couldn't make any drinks with steamed milk due to cleaning the machine. As a former coffee shop employee, I know that this process doesn't take 30 minutes. I was disappointed with this bad business practice and expressed my frustration to the staff before leaving.
