Updated: 12/28/21. I returned for a resolution and the woman I came with was more satisfied with her meal. She received more salad and mayo, and it was less dry this time. She has been coming to this restaurant for years since she works nearby. She mentioned that in the past there used to be more salad, but due to COVID and other limitations, there have been changes. Overall, it was a significant improvement.

I placed a delivery order and the person on the phone was quite rude and kept my order upright. I explained what I wanted, but he insisted on offering me an option I wasn’t prepared to discuss. I was home sick with COVID and craving food, so I ordered a sandwich for delivery. Unfortunately, my Vito sandwich arrived with just cheese and lettuce. I called the restaurant and was a bit rude, but I later apologized for my attitude. Thankfully, the staff member I spoke to was really nice and helped resolve the issue. I appreciate their kindness and quick resolution. Thank you!

Ultimately, I went ahead and ordered what he suggested. When the delivery person arrived at my home, he informed me that they were unable to deliver to my address for some reason, yet they went ahead and delivered my order anyway since it had already been prepared. I requested my change of $100, which he processed, but then he took one of the bills back when I asked for my change.
That is a terrible place we will not order again. we ordered lunch for the office and most sandwiches came without meat. my came with absolutely no meat. When I corrected myself, they said I could pick up the meat. I agree with others that they are better served with a manager who at least managed a little over customer experience.
This is the worst restaurant to order from, I was ordering once or twice or even more a week from them until today. I placed an order at 7pm, for a sándwich combo. It never arrived, I called them at 7:40 and Mike answer the phone he stated he was the assistan manager, he was very rude, instead of apoligizing for the long wait, he was very rude and just said the sandwhich was out to be delivered. So I patiently waited for 15 more minutes at 7:55pm I called them again he said he could do anything I asked for an update, he was very rude and just said they were busy. So I just hang off the phone and kept on waiting (forgot to mention I was on my lunch break). He decides to cancel my order, even when I told him it was my lunch break, He did not even asked if I wanted to cancel my order. Didnt even bother to tell me he was going to cancel my order until I got an email from them stating my order was cancel. So here I am reviewing the restaurant at work all hungry. Will definately never ordering from this restaurant.
