At the drive thru, asked for 2 ham/egg/chz wake up wraps, she repeated back to me bacon/egg/chz? I said no and had to correct her. At the window, handed me my donut, wrong one. Gave it back. Handed me my wraps, I take one bite and theyre cold in themiddle. Turned back around and went into the store this time. They gave me 2 fresh wraps , actually warm this time, and offereda free donut, so that was nice of them. The fresh wraps they gave me were now too over cooked, and I wasn 't given any napkins???????????

The people here are rude. Specifically the manager. This morning I pulled in to get a drink on my birthday and the manager literally told me ?do u have your payment because we have lines of cars waiting? after I realized I grabbed the wrong card outof my wallet. She then ran my card for the wrong order held her line up even longer trying to process a refund. Sucks becauseI visit this location often but I surely won?t be back.

I come here every morning for my Med Coffee Iced with Easy Skim. They make it perfectly each time. They are friendly, always smiling. I go out of my way to stop at this Dunking because they know how I like my drink and because they are always nice!!
