Noodles Company - West Chester Township

Save your money. They forgot the chicken on my mac and cheese. When I went back to get a replacement, the employee was handing my food to another Black woman, as if she couldn't tell us apart. By the time I got back to my office, my meal just tasted like noodles, green onions, and hot sauce. I'm not a fan.

I 've mostly doordashed from this place and the quality has been mostly decent with a few disappointments, but I stopped by recently while I was in the area and was disappointed by a sign on the door that said something to the effect of due tostaffing shortages we can only accept online orders , which I totally understand, I work in the industry and have to deal withthat myself, but it meant that I went to the nearby Currito to get food instead.

The restaurant was bustling with a lot of orders, and the staff was really busy. Despite the hustle, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious when I got home.

I've tried various noodle dishes over the years, but they always fall short. I recommend seeking out an authentic restaurant that specializes in a specific cuisine instead.

Consistently, the food is always on point. Delicious! Never disappointed with Noodles and company.
