Subway - West Boylston

The restaurant was pretty good, despite the AC not working and the business being hot. However, this didn't affect the service, which was on par with any other Subway location.

Despite the cheap seats, this restaurant is still a great place for a meal. The service is fast, the prices are good, and they have delicious cookies for just a dollar. Customers always get their order exactly as they want it. However, some shops could improve their employee cleanliness and uniforms, leading to a deduction of one star.

I didn't get my drink with my online order. a kind of waste to pay extra for delivery if they don't get everything they ask.

I generally receive good service from all the employees at this restaurant, except for one particularly beautiful young lady whom I always enjoy when she is working. Usually, the staff may seem unenthusiastic about making sandwiches, but it doesn't really bother me. However, today was a different experience as the manager was more focused on my mask being slightly below my nose (even though it wasn't completely down). I tried to communicate with her, but she was in a rush and ended up putting the wrong toppings on my sandwich. This was disappointing to me as I am a regular customer at this establishment.

One of the servers was extremely rude when I told them I ordered a sandwich and they insisted that I ordered another. so idk something up w, but I give them only another star bc eating was good
