I experienced Thai cuisine for the first time in the village and it was fantastic! The dishes were incredibly fresh, flavorsome, and reasonably priced. My favorite was the stir-fried king prawn, along with the red Thai chicken curry and beef massaman. Everything was delightful, especially the homemade Thai crackers, which had the perfect amount of spiciness. I definitely plan on returning! View all feedback.

read moreDespite mixed reviews, the Turners Arms offers a delightful Thai dining experience at an affordable price. Options such as red Thai chicken curry, beef massaman, and stir-fried king prawn are fresh and flavorsome. Prawn crackers are a highlight. Some critics mentioned issues with the selection and taste of certain dishes, but overall, the restaurant is well-received by the majority. The atmosphere is described as quiet but welcoming, with great beer served by a charismatic landlord. The food is well-prepared, flavorful, and a hit with both locals and newcomers to the area. Brakspear's excellent beer is also enjoyed by patrons.
