Panda Express
Description
**Panda Express: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Panda Express has elicited a spectrum of reactions lately, presenting a blend of satisfaction and disappointment among its patrons. Some diners remain loyal fans of its signature dishes like orange chicken and fried rice, lauding the staff's professionalism and friendliness, even amid busy nights. However, numerous reviews highlight issues with food quality, service delays, and pricing, with customers frustrated by cold meals and incomplete orders. While the drive-thru has been a convenient alternative, the overall dining experience appears inconsistent, leaving many diners questioning whether the quality justifies the price. A restaurant in need of improvement.

I used to love Panda Express I haven’t gotten them in a while and I was extremely disappointed with my experience tonight. The food is ridiculously over priced, it was $40 for a family meal and you would definitely get way more food at a regular Chinese restaurant for that price. The food was all cold, there was no sauce with the teriyaki chicken….the sauce is what makes it teriyaki so I got plain chicken, white rice was so dry and stuck together, and the noodles had HUGE chunks of celery. I placed an online order and still had to wait when I arrived. The man working was nice but he said they only had 3/4 container of teriyaki chicken so do I want that or I have to wait 10 minutes. Isn’t the point of an online order so they have it all ready? I said it was fine because I didn’t want my other food to get cold while I waited 10 minutes but little did I know it was already cold! Over all I will not be back to Panda Express it is not worth the price and has definitely gone down in quality.
Asked for teriyaki sauce didn’t even get one packet of teriyaki sauce food was cold and under
Just tried Panda Express for the first time.Service was good, friendly staff, it was quick to order online and pick up inside (drive thru would have taken too long).I tried rice with chicken Mushroom. The rice was undercooked maybe because of cooking in large batches, I visited after rush hour (around 6 pm).My first bite of chicken contained a large portion of cartilage, which instantly turned me off to the whole meal, but I tried everything. The mushrooms were not evenly sized with the zucchini, so some were slightly overcooked and some slightly undercooked, but they're veggies, so not too bad. But one extra large mushroom seemed to have a weird skin on it. I dunno. The sauce was flavorful but there were more veggies than meat.I had a veggie spring roll with hot mustard. The spring roll was good but the mustard seemed to contain no hot, it was thick and pasty and not too good.I tried some beef with broccoli with chow mein. It was all pretty tasteless no matter how much soy sauce I dumped on it. Otherwise, that dish was cooked nicely.I would NOT call this chinese, even American Chinese. And I won't be back.
Surprised to see they don't have Tofu which is protein options for vegetarians.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options
Panda Express has pretty yummy food. It’s very decent healthy to eat. Plus I love their fried rice, noodles, orange chicken. I like their well cooked veggies too, but the problem is they serve too much food. More than we ask for. Especially in 1-3 entrées, which is common over there. Then they tend to throw away their food, which is sad and wasteful for their business. They shouldn’t over serve us/them (the customers) so much food cause because it’s too much portions. The prices for each entrees is pricey too.???Parking: When I drive there, I usually find good parking. There’s no problem with that. Especially for dine in.Kid-friendliness: Kids like to eat there too. Although kids don’t like certain things. It’s healthy decent.
