I don't know names, but a you man took my order, he was very nice. A lady made my sandwich...it was the BEST freaking sandwhich I ever had in my life!!! I had thst thing gone by the time I made it home. Was going to call and let them know they did a GREAT job with service and food quality, but by then it was closing time. Good job Jimmy Johns! Ordered on website, to have delivered. To my surprise it tells me I have to come get it. I called and they can't cancel the order, can't change it to delivery, and I have to call back in five minutes to get this.No.I'm charging it back instead. View all feedback.
I used home delivery. They are always on time and the food is consistent

Not the cleanest or nicest JJ I've ever been to, but certainly not a bad experience. It was late and they were trying to get ahead of the cleaning.
