From the outside, this place looks a typical pub one would go for after work drinks. My friend booked a table but there was no waiter around. We walked up a flight of stairs past the bar and saw the dining space. Finally we approached the bar tender who took us to our table. I ordered the sous vide duck with charred leeks and star anise. I was here twice in the last weeks and had a great experience both paintings. the employees are friendly and always happy to help with drinks recommendations. Eating is also great, I have tried the pizzas, kim chi croquettes and vegan reuben sandwich, everything amazing. very recommended for a afternoon beer!
Had the dimmi 50% food bill deal to eat at this place yesterday evening. 5:45 clock rubbed and after approx. 10 minutes after billing ordered. Well, we didn't know if the cook started her work at 18 o'clock or something was wrong. we have to wait over half an hour to have our food on the table, and it happened just like other tables. we were so hungry and should the food go slightly beyond our expectations, but the result was unexpected. We came to dinner and it was delicious! there were three of us and we shared the Ribs stock plate 55,) which would have fed a group of 4 as well as a pizza and some smaller teller. friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and good food. will be back.
Sunday evening live blues music and cocktail jugs. had the sweet potato fries and the pizza special. the pizza was delicious with a good amount of feta. nice seasoning on the frits.
If your in West End you have to check out Catchment it's a super cool vibe. Great selection of beer menu looked really good but didn't get to try it. Next time I will be back for dinner and drinks!
