We were here for Thanksgiving a few years back and the food was absolutely delicious that day. This year just didn't meet the same quality level.
We made reservations on Opentable for a table for two on Valentine’s Day. Received confirmation, but learned upon our arrival, that table for two was for a dessert and wine tasting. At no point did the reservation indicate this was a wine tasting. West Baden offered no apology nor compensation for ruining our Valentine’s Day.
We were extremely impressed with the friendliness of every staff person we encountered during our stay. Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel, events, and the town in general. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. We especially liked the free trolley shuttle to wherever we wanted to go in town. The wine and canvas event we attended was a very fun experience!
Hadley was wonderful and a very patient teacher. It was fun!
It is wonderful! I would so recommend this place. The servers and the other people were up to par. I would suggest this place
