We always have an amazing experience at this restaurant! Today, Ariana assisted us, and she was knowledgeable about all our questions. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10! The food is incredibly fresh and delicious.

I felt compelled to give this place a 5-star rating because my last experience truly restored my faith in humanity. I made the mistake of forgetting to ask for granola in my Acai bowl and realized it when the woman handed me the bag. I told her I would just buy a new one, but both she and her coworker (who I think was the manager) insisted on making me a new one at no extra charge. It's small gestures like these that inspire me not just to write a review, but to write a positive one. I wish I had caught their names, but I also don't want them to face any consequences for their kindness. I'm posting this review a bit late because I'm actually on my way back to this location and promised myself I would leave feedback for the wonderful service! Highly recommended!

The acai bowls are fantastic, but the customer service really needs improvement. They tend to close early, and when I try to call about 30 minutes before closing time, they often don't answer the phone. Even when they do pick up, I have to place my order online and then pick it up, which is frustrating. I've been disappointed with the customer service at multiple locations.

My bill was $65 (I bought a few bowls and a smoothie) and this is an example of how the bowls looked. I paid the money for that? Stop being so cheap. I expect the hits to be top. There's hardly anything here.

I always order an açai bowl in the size super, and the girls didn’t even fill it up all the way if I knew this was going to happen I would’ve just ordered the medium size she put more granola than the actual açai. I should be getting what I pay for! The employees name was Margaret
