When we wanted to check in at 5:30 p.m. (which is anything but early), the room wa... read more Never again, not even if I got money! We stayed there at the end of November. When we wanted to check in at 5:30 p.m. (which is anything but early), the room was still occupied and not cleaned. After a short phone call, we were told that the cleaner would be there in 10 minutes (so we should wait for the cleaner here as well as during the cleaning process). However, we had an appointment and were given the key to get into a clean room later. The room, which we had hoped to find clean, was a disaster. Asking money for something like that is an absolute disgrace. There were spiders on the ceilings, the closet was dusty, you could always see dust and cobwebs in the corners. The bathroom sink was poorly cleaned and there was residue on the drain. The shower drain smelled disgusting. I don 't even want to imagine how clean the bed linen, hand or shower towels are there. To top it all off, there wasn 't even any soap in the bathroom. You don 't really feel safe there, you could see a gap at the bottom of the room door when it was closed. I don 't even want to imagine how something like this comes about. The room was not, as usual, in a house , but was accessible from outside. At the reception the room was presented to us as “with a terrace”, which is probably the biggest joke.
