Contribute FeedbackThe new Wingstop in the area has received mixed reviews. While some customers have praised the delicious food and quick service, others have complained about long wait times, greasy food, and online ordering issues. Despite the potential for success, the restaurant could benefit from better time management and customer service. Overall, Wingstop offers a variety of flavorful wing options, but some improvements are needed to ensure a consistent and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.
The food is slammin every time I go, but these people have no idea of time. Expect your food to take at least 15 extras, then what they told you. Also ask for your sauce, it ain?t in your pocket.
I believe the potential is there for this to be a successful location. However time management and better planning will help this location. As a resident of this area I can say the food is great, but the wait times and the disconnect of being customer centric is evident in this location. Bring in more qualified candidates and management.
Amazing food, wings are hot and nice. Multi variety of flavors and choices. Bit pricey but totally worth it.
It was ok but I don't plan to go back. The serving size for small meal of chicken tenders and fries and soft drink was good for price but didn't like meal that much. The lemon pepper chicken tenders were very greasy. The fries were not greasy but too much salt and pepper on them.
I'm glad they put up a Wingstop in this area! Great service, always fast for the pickup orders and the wings still maintain their temperature. Even with a dine order, food gets processed fast and fresh, never short of flavor. Love the multiple flavor wing option and the brand mew flavors the drop monthly. Keep up the great work guys!
