Mcdonald's - Wesley Chapel

I was in a hurry and just wanted a quick breakfast. I ordered a burger and a smoothie but ended up waiting a long time. My order wasn't even showing up on the screen. I had to ask at the counter, and they finally gave me the burger. I finished my burger and continued to wait for the smoothie. After asking again and waiting another 10 minutes, I finally received my smoothie.

Very very long lines! After 11pm you may wait in line for 20min. Most times are long waits. Ice cream machine has been broken for 3weeks . No milk shakes either

We often eat in this mcdonald’s, and we think it is one of the best and most reliable restaurants in the opposite. the service is consistently friendly and helpful, the restaurant is always immaculate, and the kitchen is consistently wonderful and fresh. I suggest that mcdonald’s go as fast as eat!

The restaurant was filthy! every. single table was dirty, with müll straight on the table, they had no ketchup we were waiting for a show. there were no serviettes, no straws, the drinking station looked like a bomb hit them. we saw a hired one who was only with a name sign on a young lady named emily. she went and took everything down, took away the catastrophe of a drink station, wiped all the closets and slept all the opposite. then she cleaned the rest of the escaping area. When we were gone, I saw her emily, you did a great job. she has a huge smile on her face thanked me. I am really disappointed by this mcdonald 's. I will not go back to this place!!!

I'm just there, the line for the drive thru looked long, so I went in and used a kiosk. I'm not very sure who I got away with my zero words on the wrong one. but my burger, who was given to me, was drowned in ketchup and drowned. posting is just curious how to lead me the next time, so it doesn't happen again.
