Burgermonger - Wesley Chapel

I ordered online today and was disappointed to find that one of the burgers was completely undercooked on the inside. I've been a regular customer and have always enjoyed my meals here, but this experience was quite different. This is extremely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk.

The staff is extremely friendly and incredibly polite. The burgers are absolutely delicious! I tried the traditional Monger Burger, and the sauce was fantastic—it comes with a great selection of toppings. I also ordered a side of onion rings, which were decent, but I preferred the fries I had on my last visit. It seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed with app or online orders, so it took a while for our food to arrive, but I have no complaints. Plus, they offer a $5 burger special all day on Mondays. I will definitely be coming back!

The young cashier was polite, but not very helpful, especially for first-time visitors. We ordered some burgers and fries, which seemed quite pricey. The fries arrived first, and by the time our burgers came, we had nearly finished them. The burgers looked appealing and tasted decent, but nothing remarkable, and the buns were served cold. On the other hand, the fries were fresh and hot, and the ketchup portion was nice. However, as I was eating my burger, I pulled a hair out of my mouth, which was understandable since all the staff members had facial hair and long hair that wasn't tied back or covered in nets. To make matters worse, my son ended up with food poisoning and was sick all night and into the next day. Overall, we decided that we would never return to this restaurant.

I'll be fair to the quality of food here. The burgers were good, not great. The quality of the ingredients was okay, but it wasn't worth the price. Not even close. The crowd for the price was crazy. We spent $42 in total. We had two burgers, a drink, a milkshake, a side of the onion rings and a cup of chili. The burgers were the smallest I ever had for $11. I could have gone into a sit-down restaurant with a server and got a cheaper burger and it would have been much bigger and more filling. The order of the onion rings was $4 and it came with 5 small onion rings. Is the price for onions and batters so astronotic that they can not give more than a few? The chili was $4 and was definitely from a can of any kind. Think about Hormel or something. It was disgusting. The milkshake was acceptable. The service: the people were nice enough and helpful, but the food came out as pieces. Tell me how my burger has beaten my chili and onion out of the kitchen for about five minutes. I don't want to eat burgers without sides. I want everything to be served right away. What kind of service does this offer? It has destroyed the experience. I also found a hair IN MY MOUTH while waiting for my onion rings to arrive and had to make my burger new. Madness. My qualifications for this review: I worked for 12 years at BOH numerous restaurants and I worked FOH for another 5 years. I will not be back to Burger Monger, based on the price: quantity ratio and the strange way food is served.

The best food I?ve had in months! The fries are PERFECTLY made and salted. The burgers are SO GOOD, perfectly grilled I?ve never had a burger taste so good. And don?t get me started on their shakes. Their strawberry shakes are literal heaven melted in your mouth. I?ve never been so happy eating somewhere the portions are GREAT. I?d eat here a million more times.
