I like Arbys this location is always pretty quick and the food and fries are typically hot. I have had a time or two when it wasn't and that's the only reason I can't give a 5 star, but this is a decent location. Also they used to have an employee that always tried to flirt with me at the window and I HATED THAT, because I'm just trying to get some food not have the cashier ask me for hang out and be special friends... What Bernita Breitenberg doesn't like about Arby's:
could not take care of their customers less. the participants had no mask and their manager had not his nose. sad that I can expect a safer environment at mcdonalds then at this arby. View all feedback.
I had never tried Arby's before, but after shopping at Target, I decided to give it a shot. I noticed they had a $1.00 happy hour special, so I pulled in at exactly 4:59 PM, hoping to take advantage of it. I waited at the drive-thru, and when the clock struck 5:00 PM, the employee informed me that happy hour had ended. I explained that it was my first time there and asked if she could at least honor the special since I was already in line. Unfortunately, she declined my request. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Arby’s anytime soon. It didn’t live up to my expectations.
The food is quite good; I particularly enjoy their sandwiches and wraps more than the other items on the menu.
The meal was fantastic! I had the big roast beef, and the fries were just the regular cut fries. I did miss the potato cakes, but I learned they’ve been replaced by crinkle-cut fries. The staff member who assisted me with my order was very enthusiastic and did a great job.
Third attempt to order from this load. the third time they misunderstood it. we are not the only family to have these problems. friends and family complain each time about this location. If the team cannot read the order correctly, they may need to be retrained or encouraged to find other jobs that do not have to read with comprehension skills. very disappointed to the last time with this place, when someone decides to take a chance, check their order before leaving.
I've already eaten here and got a market fresh sandwich that was delicious. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich today, that would have been good if it were hot. the Jalapeño-Poppers were room temperature and tasted at least a few hours old. I was a little over a year in tampa and anyone who is not originally from here complains about eating. it is as if they do not care about the quality of food they serve. if it's a cold sandwich, they're great. when it comes to hot eating, it is never hot, nor is it prepared properly. I have found that in the new Tampa/Wesley chapel area when it comes to almost food. (pizza, sandwiches, burgers, etc.) real restaurants where they immerse and have a waitress or waitress, this is not the case. Fast eating places that are actually in the city tampa and not the suburbs are great. Unfortunately, I am really far from the city. I work from home and tired to try to cook something for lunch, but I can't keep paying $10 to $20 for eating that is not fresh and my likes hurt. sometimes this is not even edible. like the jalapeño poppers
